What you'll do

• Operate automated food-production machines according to daily schedules
• inspect products and maintain quality specifications
• follow food-safety practices, food defense techniques, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• clean and sanitize machines and production areas
• report equipment malfunctions or production issues
• help improve standard operating procedures and training documentation
• collaborate with other departments on food-safety risks.
