What you'll do
- Lead electrical design packages and coordination
- standardize Revit workflows and modeling resources
- resolve technical modeling and interdisciplinary coordination issues
- review documentation for code, performance, and client requirements
- prepare project narratives and design briefs
- perform electrical system analysis and coordinate lighting simulation or energy modeling
- develop tools for load calculations and code checks
- plan project phases and resources
- mentor staff
- lead technical client and consultant discussions
- oversee construction administration
- travel to meetings and sites as described.
