The Clinician I, Outpatient Treatment role is onsite in Centralia, WA, with compensation of $22.04–$26.87 per hour. The clinician delivers outpatient services to assigned clients, develops and reviews treatment plans, provides therapy and case management under supervision, coordinates care, and maintains clinical records and required reports.

What you'll do

• Collect assessment data and use clinical tools to support treatment planning
• provide individual, family, and group therapy and case management as appropriate under a Mental Health Professional’s supervision
• coordinate services with primary care providers and other relevant parties
• maintain records, reports, and required documentation
• participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement.

Why this role
