What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef direction, including chopping, portioning, mixing, labeling, and storage
• maintain clean, sanitized prep stations
• assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• support line cooks and culinary leadership during service
• clean equipment and work areas
• communicate inventory or product concerns.
