What you'll do

• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding quality and compliance with USP guidelines and institutional safety protocols
• chair the Medication Safety Committee and lead risk reduction and quality improvement initiatives
• supervise, mentor, and develop pharmacy technicians
• oversee medication distribution, inventory, and workflow
• support nursing and medical staff. Requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, PGY1 or PGY2 health-system pharmacy administration residency, and current or eligible state pharmacist licensure.
