Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with field visits and office responsibilities. Compensation is $100,000–$125,000 per year. The role oversees hth companies’ Nebraska trades operations across scaffolding, mechanical insulation, industrial cleaning, and industrial maintenance. The manager coordinates people, schedules, resources, customer relationships, and jobsite safety to ensure work is planned and executed safely and efficiently while supporting regional growth and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage 3–5 superintendents or project managers
• coordinate schedules and resources across projects
• review estimates and proposals
• maintain key client relationships and support business development
• resolve customer and employee issues
• review work practices
• approve purchase orders and manage costs and client billing
• support onboarding, recruiting, training, and mentoring
• enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
