Personal Care Assistant

Job overview

The Personal Care Assistant role is onsite in Toledo, OH. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Village Caregiving provides in-home support to clients in the Toledo area. The assistant helps clients with daily activities and personal care while supporting comfort, safety, and quality of life. The role also provides companionship, observes changes in health or behavior, and communicates those changes to supervisors.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, mobility, and transfers
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior
• respect privacy and maintain confidentiality.
