What you'll do

• Greet customers promptly
• obtain customer and vehicle information
• document vehicle symptoms as described by customers
• recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• prepare accurate labor and parts estimates
• establish follow-up times
• monitor vehicle progress and update customers
• verify final invoices against repair orders
• explain completed work and charges.
