The Production Operator, Window and Door Assembly — Early Shift role is onsite in Taylor, MI. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. The operator helps manufacture and assemble windows or door walls across production areas, including shipping and receiving, frames, sashes, and doorwall/casements. The work supports production flow through equipment operation, assembly, and maintaining clean, stocked work areas.

What you'll do

• Assemble windows or door walls
• operate machinery, equipment, and tools used in window manufacturing
• perform repetitive production movements
• stock and clean workspaces and general areas
• perform other assigned duties.
