What you'll do

• Support development and expansion of the Private Banking division in the assigned market
• align local goals and procedures with organizational objectives
• help implement service standards, marketing initiatives, and compliance protocols
• contribute to recruiting, mentoring, and developing the team
• manage high-net-worth client relationships and coordinate credit, deposit, investment, and trust services
• pursue new business through networking, referrals, and professional events
• ensure compliant onboarding and servicing and monitor credit exposure.
