What you'll do

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• draft contracts, agreements, motions, and correspondence
• assist with and manage transactions or cases through negotiations, settlements, and closings
• maintain client relationships through communication and guidance
• collaborate on transactional, regulatory, and dispute strategies
• participate in negotiations, depositions, hearings, and other proceedings
• support compliance with applicable laws and standards
• contribute to firm initiatives, community programs, and pro bono work.
