Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
