Senior Public Works Inspector

The Senior Public Works Inspector role is onsite in Monterey, CA, with compensation of $78.51–$95.71 per hour. 4LEAF provides planning, building and safety, construction management, and fire consulting services to public and private clients. The inspector evaluates contractors’ compliance with construction documents on civil infrastructure projects and keeps project managers or construction managers informed. The role supports project delivery through daily inspections, documentation, plan review, quantity and pay-estimate review, and follow-up on corrective work.

• Inspect and document construction activities

• measure quantities and review contractor pay estimates
• maintain red-lined drawings
• report discrepancies
• coordinate proposed work and inspections
• develop punch lists and follow up on corrective measures.
