Manufacturing Technician — Third Shift (10 PM–6 AM)

The Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in Traverse City, MI, on third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with training on first shift for approximately 4–6 weeks. The listed hourly range is $18.50–$27.50, plus a 15% third-shift differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The technician performs detailed assembly of small components while following controlled instructions, cleanroom procedures, and quality standards. What you'll do

• Perform electronic or electromechanical assembly and detailed work using a high-power microscope
• follow controlled work instructions, manufacturing procedures, cleanroom policies, and safety requirements
• set up and adjust work to blueprint tolerances
• clean and handle optics and crystals using solvents and adhesives
• use hand tools and test equipment
• transact work orders in Oracle and Cumulus
• monitor in-process parts and communicate with inventory control
• make minor workstation adjustments
• prepare products for shipping
• repair and document returned products
• communicate work status to the supervisor.
