What you'll do

• Interpret and fill drug orders
• counsel patients
• contact physicians about prescription questions
• dispense prescriptions and prepare compounds or IV admixtures if applicable
• monitor drug therapy
• maintain medication and controlled-drug records
• supervise pharmacy technicians
• support inventory control and pharmacy programs. May act as alternate store leader when the Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager is absent.
