This role exists to develop and enhance robust manufacturing processes and tooling to support company growth. The Product Engineer drives the New Product Introduction process, performs continuous improvement, and works directly with our key customers to identify root cause problems and implement effective solutions.

What you'll do

• Review, direct, and approve pattern designs
• manage metallurgical property requirements
• identify and improve process yields using data analysis
• support Sales and Quality personnel
• provide technical support to Production Supervisors
• audit production lots for adherence to established techniques.
