Maintenance Technician 2

Daily Maintenance Responsibilities. Walk interior and exterior sidewalks on a daily basis, removing debris and trash, washing the sidewalks/curbs/gutters as needed, and checking fencing for any required repairs. Clean, paint and repair vacant units consistent with PSHH policy and procedures. Upon request from Maintenance Supervisor, coordinate with vendors and service providers for onsite repairs.
