What you'll do

• Learn the Employee Navigator platform
• provide first-line support by email, phone, or support forum
• resolve client issues and questions
• assist with benefits enrollment, carrier and payroll integrations, and employee onboarding case builds
• collaborate on process improvements
• advise customers on complex products and technologies
• recommend best practices and training based on client input
• conduct webinar training sessions.
