Material Handler I

The Material Handler I role is onsite in South Saint Paul, MN, Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with overtime and weekends as needed. Pay is $21.50 per hour. The role supports the warehouse department at Wellness Pet Company, whose mission is to make pet food intended to benefit pets and their owners. The handler manages shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while following safety and quality procedures. Accurate movement, inspection, labeling, and system documentation help keep materials and finished goods available for production and shipment.

What you'll do

• Wrap and label outgoing pallets
• complete shipment requests and outbound orders
• load trucks safely and communicate with drivers
• inspect trucks
• unload and count incoming freight
• document damage and receive materials in ERP systems
• label and move inventory
• operate scanners and powered industrial trucks after company training
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• complete safety and food-safety documentation.
