What you'll do

• Assume accountability for the safety and security of guests’ vehicles
• supervise and motivate employees during the shift
• maintain shift reports and vehicle and key records
• assist with employee scheduling
• ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
• train and coach employees
• communicate with guests and other supervisors
• resolve customer issues
• maintain the valet area
• and help manage parking spaces, staffing levels, and labor costs.
