What you'll do

• Resolve member service inquiries in a timely manner
• accurately document inquiries in Salesforce or the Broker Portal
• direct claims calls to UMR or Medicare Supplement specialists as applicable
• manage member experience inboxes
• handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, membership calls, and some billing-related calls
• report system issues and communicate online-help changes or recommendations
• meet department quality and scorecard goals
• manage multiple projects and priorities
• research problems and determine appropriate resolutions
• complete required training and work overtime as needed.
