What you'll do

• Advise internal stakeholders on employment law
• draft and negotiate employment, independent sales representative, staffing, consulting, and vendor agreements
• manage compliance policies and matters
• coordinate with outside counsel
• manage litigation and disputes
• support mergers, acquisitions, and investment activities.
