Customer Success Manager

The manager acts as a trusted advisor, connecting platform capabilities to business outcomes and proactively identifying opportunities for growth within their assigned book of business.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 30+ accounts across the full customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular meetings and deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Monitor and act on customer health indicators.
• Proactively identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
