What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide directions and general casino information
• address guest needs and concerns
• explain HHR and electronic gaming machine rules and features
• perform routine machine maintenance such as refilling ticket-printer paper and troubleshooting minor issues
• verify guest identification and age eligibility
• assist with documenting large jackpot wins and proper payouts
• maintain a clean gaming area
• collaborate with gaming attendants, casino staff, and supervisors.
