What you'll do

• Manage site talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding
• oversee orientation and training
• enforce HR policies and employment-law compliance
• administer benefits enrollments and communications
• support change management
• handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• use HRIS for time, labor, onboarding, payroll approvals, and benefits
• coordinate workers’ compensation and OSHA reporting
• maintain confidential personnel and payroll records.
