The role exists to help agents build a consistent, scalable business through proven systems and coaching. By managing a pipeline of buyers and sellers and delivering high-level client experiences, the agent contributes to the team's success as the #1 real estate group on Maui.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers.
• Conduct 5–22 real estate conversations daily.
• Follow proven systems for lead generation and conversion.
• Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability check-ins.
• Deliver a high-level client experience from start to finish.
