What you'll do

• Train and coach team members on guest expectations, job requirements, and restaurant procedures
• model and support friendly guest service
• coordinate team coverage and readiness
• assist with order taking and cashiering during busy periods
• monitor food quality, presentation, temperature, and order accuracy
• follow food-safety procedures and complete the Food Safety Checklist each shift
• maintain cleanliness and stocking
• support front- and back-of-restaurant tasks as needed
• manage cash handling and follow scheduling, break, timekeeping, and labor-law requirements.
