What you'll do

• Administer the learning management system and maintain accurate data, reporting, and training records
• coordinate and monitor OSHA and safety compliance training
• track, document, and report training completion
• maintain certifications and compliance documentation
• support safety audits through LMS reporting
• partner with the training team on employee development programs and career pathways
• book and coordinate offsite technician training and travel
• assist with improving training processes, reporting, and LMS utilization. Travel between Stockton and Pleasant Grove office locations is required.
