What you'll do

• Support teachers in implementing curriculum aligned with brand standards
• lead tours and follow up with prospective families
• maintain lead tracking and customer databases
• coordinate registration and onboarding
• communicate with families about student progress, center updates, newsletters, and billing reminders
• audit student and staff records for accuracy and licensing compliance
• conduct monthly emergency safety drills
• assist classrooms as needed to support ratios
• manage inventory
• coordinate staff development
• create family engagement initiatives and events
• maintain relationships with families and staff.

Why this role

Teaching experience with infants through preschool children required. One year of childcare administrative or leadership support experience preferred. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Early childhood coursework or related degree, CPR/First Aid, and CDA preferred; candidates without a CDA must be willing to obtain it within six months.
