What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-user hardware, software, networks, and clinical applications. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot devices and systems
• support user accounts, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and EHR/EMR and imaging applications
• document incidents and resolutions
• maintain IT assets and knowledge articles
• assist with onboarding, cybersecurity, and IT projects
• and provide user guidance. Occasional pre-scheduled after-hours or weekend work may be required.
