What you'll do

• Provide safe, personalized, and compassionate nursing care to patients in the observation unit.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, consultants, and support staff to manage patient transitions.
• Assess patient needs, initiate nursing care plans, and monitor progress during the 24-48 hour observation period.
