What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, online chat, or in person
• support day-to-day e-commerce sales
• prepare and enter orders
• work with outside sales to support timely shipping
• coordinate with production on correct parts manufacturing and assembly priorities
• provide product information and resolve or route customer concerns
• maintain customer accounts and interaction records
• build product knowledge of diaphragm and plunger pumps.
