The Mountain Operations Supervisor works onsite in Anchorage, AK, year-round, at $28–$31 per hour. The role oversees Hilltop Ski Area’s snow surface operations, grounds maintenance, and site infrastructure to support safe, high-quality conditions for guests, employees, and community users. This supervisor coordinates staff and seasonal operations across snowmaking, grooming, landscaping, snow removal, parking, drainage, and outdoor facilities. The position supports reliable mountain operations through planning, equipment and infrastructure upkeep, cross-department coordination, budget support, and safety oversight.

What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate year-round and seasonal employees
• plan and oversee snowmaking and grooming
• maintain snowmaking infrastructure and coordinate preventive maintenance
• support terrain park work with the Terrain Park Supervisor
• supervise summer grounds and landscaping and winter snow removal
• coordinate ice mitigation and roof snow removal
• collaborate with Ski Patrol, Lift Operations, Snowsports, Marketing, and Terrain Park
• assist with budgets, cost control, capital planning, records, safety, and compliance.
