Receptionist and Wellness Advocate – Part-Time, Weekends

What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and service orientation
• provide basic information about clinic services, therapies, and memberships
• maintain clean, organized wellness areas
• prepare and turn over treatment or recovery rooms
• process payments and manage scheduling software
• support stocking, inventory, and client communication
• maintain logs and checklists
• answer calls, messages, emails, and faxes
• coordinate with wellness staff and assist with events and promotions.
