What you'll do

• Execute residential and commercial moves as part of the move team
• serve as a client contact during pre-move planning and move day
• work with crews and vendors onsite
• handle inventory, packing logistics, and special-handling items
• coordinate with building management and move-in coordinators
• resolve issues and escalations
• maintain accurate documentation and client records.
