What you'll do
- Design, implement, configure, and deploy Cisco collaboration solutions
- integrate and test hardware and software
- troubleshoot voice, video, messaging, and conferencing issues
- resolve escalated support tickets
- maintain telephony endpoints and infrastructure
- monitor performance, capacity, utilization, and availability
- maintain security controls and technical documentation
- mentor junior engineers and support staff
- coordinate with vendors and cross-functional IT teams
- and support continuous improvement.

Why this role
Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, with additional relevant experience substitutable year for year, and three years supporting voice, telecom, or unified communications environments. Cisco collaboration experience and knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex, Cisco Meeting Server, Expressway, Microsoft Teams Calling, IP networking, SIP, H.323, VoIP, and QoS are required. Travel may be needed.
