What you'll do

• Plan and sequence 3–5 launches at a time, each involving 5–50 furnished units and roughly two-week timelines
• source, negotiate with, and contract vendors
• track launch costs and flag potential overruns
• direct contractors onsite, conduct walkthroughs, resolve issues, and close punch lists
• train crews on Landing standards
• coordinate updates with stakeholders using Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace
• conduct final walkthroughs and confirm units meet brand standards before handoff.
