Intercare Therapy provides behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders. The purpose of this role is to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), develop function-based BIPs, design and implement environmental modifications, and provide direct supervision to the Behavior Technician team.

What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Develop function-based BIPs, Design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols, Collaborate with and train the student’s educational team, Provide direct supervision to and oversight of the assigned Behavior Technician team.
