What you'll do

• Monitor academic performance, behavior, attendance, and social-emotional well-being
• connect students to appropriate supports
• liaise with students, parents, and teachers
• provide brief individual or small-group counseling and crisis support
• guide students through college applications, financial aid, and College Board requirements
• coordinate referrals to outside agencies and community resources
• attend grade-level and student-support meetings.
