What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day activities across construction and renovation projects
- coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- support planning, design reviews, and execution
- assist with budgets and expense tracking
- monitor invoices, change orders, and vendor payments
- identify cost savings and value-engineering opportunities
- maintain schedules, deliverables, documentation, and status reporting
- support vendor selection, contracts, procurement, and performance monitoring
- coordinate stakeholders
- support quality control, permitting, building-code compliance, and job-site safety.
