Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative

The Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Pembroke Park, FL, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at $18 per hour. The role supports customer service and daily operations for 5th HQ. The representative handles customer inquiries and issues across phone, email, and online channels, processes orders and returns, maintains customer records, and follows up to confirm resolution. The work helps meet customer needs and support service processes; bilingual English/Spanish ability is required.
