The position is full-time, permanent, and year-round, with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule of 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. POLYWOOD designs and builds outdoor furniture using sustainable materials, including recycled plastics. The operator runs an automated fabric cutting system and prepares accurate, quality-checked parts for sewing and upholstery teams, helping keep production moving and reduce material waste.

What you'll do

• Operate the automated fabric cutting system safely and accurately
• load and align fabric rolls
• review cutting files and programs
• monitor machine operation and inspect cut pieces
• perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• organize and label parts for sewing or upholstery
• maintain a clean cutting area and follow safety protocols.
