What you'll do

• Coordinate internal and contracted service-order schedules, follow-up work, and special-order parts installation
• use YARDI to manage service processes
• validate work-order coding and labor and parts entries
• reconcile service hours
• review maintenance reports, identify issues and trends, and recommend solutions
• support subcontracted work completion and may assist with quality control
• may cover other maintenance management or administrative positions as needed.
