The CNC Machinist III — Mills or Lathes works onsite in Carson City, NV. Compensation is $30–$39 per hour. The role supports shop production by independently setting up and proving out complex work, owning dimensional quality, and developing other machinists.

What you'll do

• Set up and prove out new or undocumented parts across assigned workcenters
• author and optimize programs at the control
• determine process, tooling, and workholding
• maintain tight tolerances
• design fixtures and gauges
• interpret prints, models, and GD&T
• support first-article inspection and corrective action
• recover machines and troubleshoot process issues
• train and mentor machinists
• improve repeatability, scrap, cycle time, and safety.
