Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Enter accounts payable invoices and review them against purchase orders and receiving documents
• assist with accounts receivable and customer account records
• prepare and maintain accounting documents
• reconcile vendor statements and help resolve billing discrepancies
• support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting
• process expense reports
• enter payroll, inventory, and other financial data as needed
• respond to vendor and employee inquiries
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• protect confidential information.
