The role leads preconstruction work across estimating, scheduling, procurement, value engineering, risk assessment, subcontractor qualification, and customer proposal responses.

What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction across estimating, scheduling, procurement, and value engineering
• assess technical, financial, and regulatory risks
• oversee conceptual, detailed, and firm fixed-price estimates
• develop baseline schedules
• qualify subcontractors
• support early procurement and contractor selection
• direct technical and commercial customer RFP responses.
