Associate Property Manager

What you'll do

• Support daily property operations
• conduct routine and pre-arrival inspections, document findings, and follow up
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• perform light home maintenance as needed
• assist with turnover readiness and preventive maintenance
• submit and track work orders
• support onboarding and compliance
• maintain CRM and property-system records
• participate in training and shadow senior Property Managers
• provide cross-coverage and assist with projects.
