Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Job overview

The Personal Care Assistant role is onsite in Concord, NC, and surrounding areas. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte provides in-home support to seniors and vulnerable adults. The role helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes by providing personal care, companionship, and everyday assistance. The caregiver communicates client needs to families and the care team and follows the organization’s standards for safe, compassionate care.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
