What you'll do

• Greet patients and assist with check-in using a kiosk or handheld tablet
• answer questions and help maintain the waiting area
• cover breaks in the draw room when needed
• perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing according to established procedures
• maintain records and documentation
• provide patient-facing customer service.
