Site Service Delivery Specialist — IT Support

The Site Service Delivery Specialist — IT Support role is onsite three days per week in Marcy, NY, with a first shift starting between 8 and 9 a.m. Pay is $40–$45 per hour. The role supports IT services, technology, and products for the CEC Region.

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support and maintain IT resources for optimal performance and reliability. Anticipate, prevent, and respond to technology interruptions
• set up, troubleshoot, and resolve service and product issues
• determine solutions, provide technical feedback on changes and enhancements, create tests and diagnostic procedures, and assist with complex technical solutions. Fulfill customer requests, assist with IT standards and processes, and support testing and implementation of new systems. The posting requires an associate’s degree with at least five years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with at least three years of IT experience.
